I was just wondering, when someone posts up a question with "NMBE" in the topic, does that mean he/she is referring to a question that was on their actual NMBE subject exam?
and as for the other questions, were they on other' actual exams? or are they just random questions

Yes When they Say its NBME its from the Actual Exm. the Retired Questions R from the USMLE Org. referring to the released questions from their Question Bank.
