I wanted to ask as to how do we examine the REspiratory & the Cardiovascular System in a female SP? Do we auscultate over the gown or put the stethoscope under it? & do we do inspection of the chest/ precordium?

never auscultate over the gown ... ask politely i need to hear ur chest ... is it ok if i untie ur gown ???? while inspecting give ur running commentry" just inspecting ur chest for any deformity or respiratory rate or any other obvious sign "....
