plz add if i missed anything or correct if i am wrong anywhere
1) IV Access, Intubate
2) IV phenobarb, IV dextrose, IV calcium
3) ECG monitoring
4)Fingerstic glucose
5) I.V antibiotics of suspected sepsis/infection
6) Labs

once patient stable
1) CXR- to check for tube and infections
2) check lab results for any metab cause
3)Bl cultures/ UA & urine cultures/ sputum culture ( if warranted)
4) LP and csf culture ( if warranted)
5) MRI brain for cong defects
treat the cause as and when diagnosed wid the above tests. anything tat we can add here for initial workup??
