How should we differentiate putamen hemorphage and cerebellar hemorphage based on clinical symptoms??

a BIG clue for Putamen hemorrhage is lateral gaze palsy

Tongsaa,
clinically- putaminal hemorrhage shows profound weakness, sensory loss, eye deviation, hemianopsia, aphasia,and depressed level of consciousness but the Cerebellar hemmo. typically presents with abrupt onset of vertigo, headache, vomiting,and inability to walk without hemiparesis.
