i have never understood the effect of sympathetic system on renal phys.
kaplan says sympathetic causes vasoconstriction and decrease GFR and increase filtration fraction. now where i m confused is whether sympathetic cause vasoconstriction of afferent a., efferent a. or both...
pl somebody explain

ohh i c, i think thats why RPF decreases more then GFR. leads to increases FF
