From where? within the US, US Postal Priority Mail is fine.

yes, from california. does priority mail have tracking so we know it gets there?

Use priority mail with delivery confirmation. So you will know when your mail is received.

You just have to pay a little bit more for the tracking but they have the service...and it is good I've used both regular mail (via priority service) and courier but you know what I think the price is almost the same, so I ended up using courier thereafter but they are both equally good and trustworthy I think.
