A 37-year-old iv drug abusing male presents with fever and chills. Blood cultures are positive for Staph. aureus. He develops central nervous system symptoms, and the cerebral abscess is suspected. emboli are most commonly lodged in the middle cerebral artery....so parietal lobe seemz to be the best option.although odds are alwayz possible...
