I doubt if any exist... Many programs including ECFMG sponsor J1 that is prohibited to turn into immigrant status... Having J1 you will need to go back home to spend 2+ year... You can waive this requirement but I don't know anybody who could overcome this law...
The only visa that can be switched from to GC is H1, but as you know only a few hospitals sponsor it, and only if you pass step 3 exam... And this is the reason why most of the programs do not sponsor H1 so you will not be able to apply for immigrant status...

Few programs in Philadelphia sponsor GC if you match in on H1... like pennsylvania, abington, Pittsburgh, not sure of crozer chester...

Yea, but for that you need to have H1 that is possible only if step 3 is passed...

H1 is the visa with a dual intent ...thats intent to have a immigration status...H1 visas are issued a lots nowadays...reisdency programs dont hesitate much if you are really deserving...

agree with carvedilol.. quite a lot of FMG friendly give H1... it is a prefered visa by IMGs anyway
