C, why would it be inappropriate to give a child the vaccine when his mother is preg, NOT a contrindication so ill go for that one

If the first dose of hepatitis was given a year ago, the series need to be restarted can anyoobody explain this. thanks in advance.

No they don't drxyz, just start from where you left off, don't restart series, as a reference I found this funny thing http://www.immunize.org/catg.d/2081ab.htm, look at the cartoon on the left side of the page and read the dialogue boxes
