The most appropriate evaluative procedure for an otherwise normal 7 day old boy with perineal hypospadiasis is:
A) renal ultrasonography
B) serum Cr
C) cystography
D) circumcision
E) IVP

Is it A?? To screen for upper urinary tract anomalies?

  #3

nod A! Looking for urinary tract abnormalities.

A is the right answer, because upper urinary tract anomalies are seen more in kids with hypospadiasis.
