hai everyone,is it true that h1 visas get over in the first day itself and the doctors no more get h1.i want to get IM in h1 visa and this disappoints me a lot.

This news is true in the case of H1B for jobs that come under the cap...most of the residency programs don't have the H1 cap..so not a problem as far as residency is concerned...except residencies in some programs...This year H1 quota for jobs that come under the cap got filled by afternoon on the same day they started accepting applications....but residency applicants need not worry about that...
