Anyone can explain differences of toxic epidermal necrolysis vs Steven Johnson Syndrome vs Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome?

  #2

i mean the difference in clinical finding..

Steven Johnson Synd is milder than toxic epidermal necrolysis and i think the difference is in the degree of involvement of skin but both are associated with drug hypersensitivity as compared to Staph scalded skin syndrome . In toxic epidermal necrolysis and Steven Johnson Syndrome there will be a history of drug use like sulfonamides, penicillins but toxic epi necrolysis is secondary to staph aureus infection .
