I was scoring about 70s at the begining, then it went higher, I solved a big part of UW first so that helped of course..
Last 10 days schedule, well there ain't any..READ,READ, & READ, go through UW points & wrong qs..

consolidate what u know first, may be at the end of the day solve a new block for some extra points, but first refresh what u know, for me i feel i have a big pile of salad inside

No, i'm from Egypt, but just came back from india a couple of months ago, i had a training there in Guntur, then i travelled to Chindigarh to attend a conference..I stayed in Hyderabad for a couple of days at a freinds house, I liked though, good shopping & clubs,lol (I miss having fun)

brocha means brother,
its abt 3 am here,i just finished biostats with lot of breaks,it was pretty bore,but now i got few concepsts,but my score is 58% in bio.
hey cirus just 10 days more and i will be done. hopefully i pass with good score ,all that i want at this point of life
i don't knwo i feel am taing risk by taking Ck in 10 days ,am not prepared.but i feel life s all abt taking resks.tis feeling gives lil courage.
tomrow 's plan start with peds K,and UW q's in between,i won't waste any time now ISA.

is LDL values changed,like UW says start statins in CAD @ 130 acc to FA @ 70 LDL level

OBGYN------>done, Bostatist---->done.
Today Surgery (I like it) & general Pediatrics..
LDL values didn't change
For Pts with 2 risk factor or a cardiac problem:
LDL< 100 but treatment starts when above 130, with a target of 100..
Pt with 1 risk factor:
LDL <160--> If < 180--> diet ristriction only / if >180---> Drugs
screening is total & HDL cholesterol.
Treatment primarily depends on LDL (if not high, don't treat HDL)

Let me put it this way, I used to like surgery & think I know it well (88% on UW from 1st time), but not anymore, I forgot A LOT of things, will finish it today what ever it takes, even if i don't sleep. I'm a coffee addict anyway so i guess more coffee today

Oh i think u might know my friends family as his mother is very famous, esp in medicine, She was the minister of Medicine in Andrah Paradesh (hope i wrote it right), her name is Sanakalya Aruna Shankar!!

cirus u can call me sis(am a girl),and i don't know the lady,she is not that famous,lot of docs there.
i did today CVS peds,now doing respi,hopefully i will cover alot tomorow,
its cycle of forget ,rember,but there r few points that sticking to head all the time,since exam is close whatever we read today will stay.
so next week 's plan is peds+IM Kaplna +UW. then i will ive in peace

Oops, sorry about that bro thing..nyway, good for u, keep it up & lets make a deal, no sad faces from both of us, will keep up with enthusiasm & cheerfullness however nasty & harsh it will be.
Today i overlooked surgery in the morning, now will solve all ped qs, then go over general pediatrics, then if im still alive, will do opthalmology & ENT (to be honest im just trying to fit them anywhere as i mostly don have time for them)
7 more days of studying, then the exam on the 8th day
ISA we will do great..GL

i started Peds UW q's,doing test mode 2 blocks then will read all explns patienetly ,will write down,points i constantly forget. will do peds kaplan HY chaps.
my exam is on 24,how abt u? studeis r going fast and smooth now.

What a day...
Today first I ran over surgery notes, then I solved my wrong Ped Qs, then I solved all Ped again on UW, my head is pounding with anger & exhaution, time to start reading..But i'm happy i was able to finish all qs, as i don't have time for ped qs tom
If u would post qs, i would be glad to try & answer them, & discuss them with u..
Will keep on fighting, ISA victory will be on my side..

Rise & Shine, new day, didn get much to sleep though, but have to get used to wake up early..
Today the silly stuff, Opthal, ENT, Biostatist, poisonin, Preventive medicine, & Dermatology (Wanna get rid of these things early, so ill be free for IM), butt after reading Ped first..Finished reading qs, died infront of the notes, but will read them NOW

Yesterday was miserable, I was in a bad mood, worried about the exam & stuff as this is my first exp & everybody makes me feel I'm facing the beast..
Got over it today,Started IM rev for 5 days leaving only 1 day before the exam for the stuff I always forget..
So for today its Psychiatry & ID

Always didn like ID, just finished a block of incorrect qs,66% thats not a sad face, thats an angry one), well there r 2 ways to look at this, I have fixed 66% of my mistakes in that chapter, or i syill miss a lot in it..
will pick the first choice, time to read my mistakes again
