Hi,

One of my Lor writers was a head of the particular department I was as a student and I've kinda been under him. He is now a dean of the college and writing a LOR for me this year so how should I ask him to sign his LOR ?????? AS a dean and mention in the body of the letter that he was a Head when I was a student or just sign it as Ex HOD and dean ????? How would a Program Director and a Program co-ordinator see it.

Thank you.

What's your answer to this question before I answer it?

Well there's a tie, option one is ask him to sign as a dean since he'll be signing my MSPE too and mention in the body of the letter that he was a HOD when I was a student . Option 2 is let him write what he wants to write and ask him to sign as Ex HOD and Dean. But option 1 sounds more appealing doesn't it..

See, you do have common sense. You knew the answer.

(p.s. I changed the subject because if you have a subject that might have other answers on it, they will show up at the bottom of the page under "Similar topics"

Hmmmm you're being witty...... Well the reason I asked is coz I dont pretty much know how the PC's and PD's would like to see it here so it helps to get a opinion. If it was in my country i'd know what to write hands down !

Appreciate you takin the time to answer so thank you.

yhea sure no probs with the subject changing thingie, thanks
