I am a 2004 graduate....I have an MSPE/Dean's letter from 2004 as I came to States after that but my LOR's from US physicians are current.......that Dean has retired now....should I get a new/current MSPE/Dean's letter from my med school or is it ok to send an MSPE from 2004 with uptodate LOR's?
Is it gonna hurt my application?

MSPE wouldn't have changed since your graduation, use the one that you have.... ___________________ bbb - trying to combine common sense and humour into realistic answers, but not going to guess on anyone's chances of getting into a position....
