Guys, I have a question for those of you who had already passed Step3. If you're an IMG and you're a PGY-1 right now, what states could you possibly sign under for Step 3? Cause I looked for information on the FSMB site and, according to the state requirements listed there, there wouldn't be a single state that would allow an IMG PGY-1 to sit for Step 3; all of them require 1-3 years of minimum postgraduate training. Waiting for your feedback. Thanks!

should I understand from your post that an IMG PGY-1 who does not have the 1-3 years of minimum postgraduate training can apply for Step 3 in these states even at the beginning of his 1st year of residency? if yes, could you, please, provide a link! thanks!
