In investigating for 2ry ammenor

1st we do B HCG.

my q is?

then we do TSH,Prolactin ( as by Kaplan)

or progesterone challenge test 1st.. ( as by 1st aid )

we do first !..pregncny test !most common cause of sec ammen is preg then we do !..TSH and prolactin( !.if all are normal ,we shift to progesterone withdrawal..and (estrogen +prog)withdrawal ....etc till we find the cause.that is the right sequence
