If signs of DDh are unequivocal, do we go ahead and treat directly or do we have to do US before proceeding to treatment? source plz.

in all cases we do an US to confirm the diag

PE helps but US should be done before iniciate the treatment.

I agree, US shud b done as Xray will not give u clue due to less bone density in infants.
