If you took the test, and your eligibility period have ended it, please can you go to IWA and try to apply.
and tell me if its letting you apply or if its giving you the red letter saying that you have an open examination test.

yes it lets you apply... oasis only works when you can see EXAM DATE & SCORE REPORT DATE..ie.. (its not empty anymore).

I am telling you from my step 2 CK experience..
It let me apply even if my eligibiliy didnt expire... it just showed few lines in red saying that I was already registered for the test... but when I continued It did let me apply & gave me a new application no....

it gave me 4-5 lines of red letters... but after your score is reported.. they have full page of tiny little red word...saying you have already passed the exam.. that indicates you have passed.. but still if you continue to apply next page will appear & they will let you apply normally.... as they have mentioned the conditions where you can reappear in the exam...& they give those conditions in the red paragraph...
