Sorry, the right adress is www.ihc.med.miami.edu, then click on "international medicine institute" in the left bar, and then when the new site pops up, click on "training and education, Harrington Program"

Are you kidding me? No info? Actually all the info and requirements are there, there´s even a link for a brochure of the HArrington Program. It seems like you are not very interested anyway to really search the information and if on the top of that you are looking for a free observership, I don´t haVE anything to say but, Good Luck, I hope you find waht you´re looking for (wahtever it is) ----------------------------------------------- It´s all about attitude...

Hello everyone! I am Honduran born, raised in New Orleans. Studied in Honduras, studying for step1. In the same boat as everyone. Using Kaplan material mostly, and reviewing FA2008. Seems to me that this test is not only about memorizing but about knowing how to study in the exam in an oriented way! I have met brilliant img's that have failed, it's really frustrating but gotta keep motivated, think only about passing and pray. Keep yourself motivated, work hard, exercise, sleep well eat well and youll do it!! PS.. stay away from negative people they pull you down with them!! Success is a measure of how well you tolerate failure!

Dr.EJCV: Sorry for the belate reply. I'm from Quito Ecuador. I've been quite busy lately and also applying. At the end it is all up to ourselves. We should give the best of us in each interview and show the programs who we really are and so If we fit with their programs. And yes, connections & connections... you can not rely on people always. Lets see what happened, so far I think I'm taking a lot of risks applying just to Ob, since I dont want to switch programs half way residency. It wont be good for the programs, they count on you to complete the training once you start. And my mentor told my I'll be miserable finding myself in the middle of something that I'm not truly passionate doing it.

Hey everyone...posh-doc no te preocupes hermano! All is well! Good luck in applications! Dueiy hey man, good luck on the exam! Nice to see Central Americans here! This test is exactly as you look at it...it doesn't really measure how good of a doctor you are, or how well you can treat a patient in the ER...so don't judge yourself by the results of these (although you will be judged by MANY) I have known not so good doctors who have aced the tests...and well God have mercy on their patients! I think this test is just really knowing what they want you to know or what they like to ask! That's why all these Review books are so good! They don't recommend going back to Guyton's Phys or any other book you used in Med School and reviewing right? So I guess you are on the right track! Stay focused and pray for enlightenment! You should put that quote as your signature, very powerful! MEDISUS the whole family situation I think is more oriented towards yourself, I guess the program directors wont have anything to say if you have a family...I know of programs that actually help out couples or families looking for jobs so they can get matched in the same Hospital.

Hello everybody. I'm from Lima, Peru. I came to USA in 2007, January, I finished with steps the last month, I applied and I'm still waiting. I'm desperate, it seems everybody have an interview . I'm doing my USA rotation at Ashtabula County OH, and this help to release my stress. This experience is incredible, but I'm afraid to don't have any interview!!!,

Hollman, I am from Nicaragua and I also was rejected twice when applying for step 1. Do you already have your medical Diploma from UNAN? If no, did you send a letter from your Dean saying that your diploma about to be issued? If you don't have any of the above, you can't apply. The other reason could be that they don't accept the transaltion of the documents you sent (That happened to me the 2nd time). Let me know if you have any specific question
