I've been trying to access Oasis since last night, no success. Maybe it's a lot of people waiting for results at the same time

or maybe just maybe the MILLIONS of grades that are coming out the serve crash and now we have to take the test again

My ep= eligibility period is over. yes
Maybe they just want to test who is checking OASIS, maybe at a time that no one checks they will upgrade. for a surprise
I also think that they need to give us after we completed the test like a little notecard saying you probabily PASS or Fail the test, but this is a unofficial response you need to wait for the official posting of your grades.
So like that you know will I might PASS or will I might FAIL.and not been all this time in mombo jumbo

Oasis still down, I think that because we can know by OASIS they will not let us see the results before hand, because then the US students will complain that they still dont know

yep. OASIS is still down . Took the exam on June 16th so i guess we are all in the same boat. Maybe they shutdown OASIS on purpose so that we'd be forced to wait for July 18, when as the news said all of the scores are supposedly updated.

people in Asia are getting their results before us
If they can send the grades on July 11
My question is the following:
Because they said that was unlikely that we will receive the grade before July 18, that means in lay terms that NO WAY we will get the scores before july 18?

What will happend if you pay for the test and then appears that you pass?
I think that they are trying to damage the OASIS trick, 
besides remember they have millions and millions but most importantlly my grade.

1-I call ECFMG and they told me, that the server is up and running again.
2-They say that 100% sure the grades will be out on July 18, and that this Wednesday there will not be any grades.
3-They say that if I apply the system will verify if Im eligible to take the test, and if thats the case the system will accept my application, that If I pass the system will automatically will reject my application.
4- I just log inn, so is up and running again.
5- Also if I apply and then appears that I PASS the test, because when I apply the system was not updated then they will reject my application and then they will give me a fee, in which I will LOOSE part of the money of the application.(I think thats not fair).
