Fetal alc synd is an imp cause of MR but not the leading cause.
the problem is that in on review I found it Fragile X ch, & it was Down synd in another one.
so wich of them is the one??

fragile x is the first one and before down, I remember this because even while studying for step 1 this was sort of strange for me.(but ininherited) and as prasannakumar says in general it is FAS.
