A 37-year-old woman presents to the emergency department (ED) with a persistent feeling that her heart is racing and skipping beats. She has had similar feelings several times in the past but always with spontaneous recovery . In this episode She began to feel drained of energy and stamina and thought she would pass out. She quickly rushed to the ED... ECG shows ventricular tachycardia at a rate of 224 bpm, though the rhythm is somewhat irregular with short PR interval and a slurred upstroke to the QRS complex

Her pulse is weak and thready and does not correspond to findings on auscultation or to her palpated heart rate of 250 bpm. Her blood pressure is 80/46 mm Hg what is the daignosis!!

1) ventricular Fib.
2)supra ventricular tachycardia
3) LGL syndrom
4)WPW syndrom
5)atrial flutter

History of episodes of palpitation and heart rate of 250\min with ECG findings of
short PR interval, slurred upstroke of ORS which is delta wave due to pre excitation by accessary pathway.

Definitely WPW syndrome.

other findings include broad QRS complex and secondary ST and T wave changes..nod
