A teenager with recurrent ear infection present again in your office. She had two previous course of antibiotic treatment. Today P.E shows granulation tissue and discharge. Also exudes debris and margin perforation of tympanic membrane with conductive hearing loss in same ear. What is Dx?
1. Chronic O. M.
2. Serous O. M
3. Cholesteatoma
4. Tympanosclerosis
5. Middle ear osteoma.

Explain.~
