Hi,
I am working for a hospital on H1 (non-profit). I am trying to get a job in another hospital. If I get the job they need to apply for another H1 (nonprofit) for me Since this wont be a transfer case. My question is
Can i work in other hospital while my case is in process with the USCIS?
What status will I be in after I left my old job and join my new job?
