Hi,
I have a doubt about how long ECFMG takes to processing the exam application and charging on the payment, considering that I have passed Step 2 CK. Because I sent the Step 1 application in January 26th via courrier and it was received four days later, since then, no news and no notification. I sent e-mail to ECFMG last week twice asking for news and I haven't received a reply yet.
Does anyone knows how long I should wait or should I phone instead of waiting for the e-mail?
Thank you

Hi Ceci

I had a problem also with that but it was b/c the long time it took for me to get the orange card, and i agree with the previous comment that is much better to call them but when I wrote them they answered me in 2 days. Don't let the time pass ok, call them and be sure your application is moving.

Hi everyone,
I want to write this down to let everyone knows that don't wait until 4 weeks (4 weeks are the time they say that the papers need to be processed) to call ECFMG in order to know what is happening with the application. Today after calling several times and waiting minutes (till 45 minutes because there was delay)to be assisted, I got the news that my application was rejected because they couldn't charge. I didn't received any notice from them neither from the credit card.
One thing I want to add is I was assisted by a very kind and comprehensive ECFMG representer.
Good Luck
