morning stiffness
  1. always <20-30 mins in OA
  2. >30mins in PMR
  3. >1 hr.in RA

am I right?and does anybody want to add anything else?

  #9

yeah but i am asking about C1-C2 involvement in particular, as morning stiffness will be present even without cervical spine involvement

atlanto axial subluxation....anesthesia intubation...screened with xray and spine stabilized if present

  #11

we need to know the invovment of cervical spine in RA, it may lead to spinal card compression and quadriplegia and respiratory paralysis.

Is there any thing else?

I am sorry morning stiffness is not a part of the discussion
