Ok how about this: Dear Sir/Ma'am: My name is xxxxx. I'm an MD from xxxxxx and interested in applying to your program. Could you tell me the requirements in your program, such as USMLE scores, year of graduation, and US clinical experience? Thank you. Best regards, xxxxx So simple right?

Brief line about your name and interst in specialty and requiremenst? For example Hello, I am Dr. XXX from XXX, have completed my USMLE and will apply for 2008 match. i am interested in IM program at your hospital. Can you please provide some information about he follwoing: 1- Do you accept FMGs in program? 2- What are your score requiremnts? 3- Year of graduation? 4- USCE or other CE required? 5- Sponsor visa? J1 or H1? 6- No. of FMGs in program? 7- ECFMG certificate equiremnt at the time of application? Thank you Dr. XXX
