Brief line about your name and interst in specialty and requiremenst? For example
Hello,
I am Dr. XXX from XXX, have completed my USMLE and will apply for 2008 match. i am interested in IM program at your hospital. Can you please provide some information about he follwoing:
1- Do you accept FMGs in program?
2- What are your score requiremnts?
3- Year of graduation?
4- USCE or other CE required?
5- Sponsor visa? J1 or H1?
6- No. of FMGs in program?
7- ECFMG certificate equiremnt at the time of application?
