less than 18 years , this is called conduct disorder. the characters include disregard for rules, stealing, aggression ,and lack of remorse. they torture even animals also. once they grow up they classically become antisocial personality disorders. gangsters, rapists , and serial killers , who lack remorse for their deeds and tell that , they did what all they did, for self-defence! here the answer is less than 18. (B)
