C- CD8 lepromatous leprosy while the tuberculous one is CD 4 ??

CD 8 is the receptor of Tcytotoxic, those are not which fuse together in the leprosy.

aren't the multinucleated giant cells , macrophages? atleast its the case in TB and hence I am assuming its macrophages and going for CD 14
