Okay, so I've heard a few people on here say that "USMLEWorld" (UW) is so high-yield that it's amazing. Can anyone who has taken the STEP1 exam tell me just how high-yield they thought UW was? Did you see a lot of the same questions/concepts? What else did you think ?

Let me tell you that there were some questions that I got right only because of UW. I had 3 blocks that because of UW I was  Embrio UW was on the target also gentics, pathology and behaviorscience and pharma.

Extremely HY, don't hesitate, use it as a primary source of information and test-taking training.

Go for it! I graduated in 1992, usmleworld helped me a lot, my score was 207/84.
