Guys, I have a doubt: in UW there is a q in which they present a 16 yo girl that had a tanner 3 stage breast w just few and scant pubic hair and testis in the abdomen (testicular feminization) and tehn say the next best test is to remove testis. I agree taht the testis should be removed but shouldn't we wait for completion of pubertal development? Is there an age or a stage at which it is indicated to remove them?

yeah i think it must be removed becuse of high risk of malignancy ,and we cannot expose apatient !to that risk just to complete her pubertal develpment .we can give estrogen replacement therapy for that .so i think it should be removed directly !once identified .

They should be removed at 20 y old to allow for normal development.
