C is correct in sickle cell give the vaccine after 2 years of age. you can find other indications here: http://www.rxlist.com/cgi/generic/pneumovax_ids.h... in gweneral there is no indication for under 2 years as far as I understood.

yes in Nephrotic synd u shud give pneumovax to prevent bacterial peritonitis, are there any other reasons as well ???
