hi bbb,
I need to know if an application submitted late will be reviewed as objectively as one submitted early. I can only submit a US LoR for late application.
Are most interview spots given away early, cos to do that, I would have to submit my applications without a US doctor writing an LoR as I am tied down to a masters degree in the UK till September
