A 47-year-old scaffolder falls about four meters onto a scaffold pole injuring his right side. After initial assessment he is found to have diffuse right-sided tenderness. A ten-minute intravenous urogram (IVU) shows no excretion on he right side.

A.Renal Contusion
B.Renal Pedicular avulsion
C. Bladder rupture

q is somewhat incomplete but i will go for renal pedicular avulsion---as dye was not excreted ont he right side.
