Hi i found that people say they practised the cases with usmle software saying they practised 30 cases how is it possible because only 5 cases are given so how come people practise that many cases with the software. Is it possible please tell. Hey Lisa or anyone please tell.

its just about typin the orderx and ignoring how patient is doing
to get a hang of shortcuts to type and what can be done and what cannot be done
u cannot truly practise the cases
for close to true practise try usmlesteps123
