They send it July 18 thats 9 days, but when can WE know July 19 at 12am when OASIS change.
so as you can see gogeta perspective is close to reality.

So gogeta if iwa lets me apply even after the eligibility period ended and oasis not updated ,does it mean i failed?Please clarify this.
