the single volume depletion will lead you to orthostatic hypotension

Guys, now I´m really getting nervous. It´s 10.44 pm here in Texas. That means that it will be midnight here when the scores are gonna be reported?

  #205

OK i wouldnt want to keep you waiting like oasis ! grin

So here is the answer: E

First, gastric juice contains potassium and chloride in concentrations higher than found in the plasma.

Contraction of the vascular volume leads to orthostatic hypotension and the activation of renal mechanisms important for conserving volume.

its E because when you vommit you are excreting all those H ions and become alkalotic, so to compensate for that there is a H/K pump that brings H ions out of the cell and for exchange brings K ions into cell and you get hypokalemic.
