I didn't see a topic for what I want to know so I thought I might ask. This is my first time doing the match process, I'm a young IMG from Mexico (I'm 24 and graduating this month) so I am kind of confused with some things. I have 4 questions:

1.- Once you sent your application to a program could they receive new documents that you just got scanned by ECFMG after you sent your application.
2.- After you sent your application how early do the programs look at it, and if they looked at your original application would they look when new documents arrive before tossing it away?
3.- Does it matter how early or later you start applying in matters of programs noticing your application.
4.- Would the programs know that you are certified by the ECFMG if you get your certificate soon after appying to them.

I'm asking this because I'm worried since I'm getting some LOR's in the middle of august and scanning takes 4 weeks and I'm having a hard time deciding between applying soon without my complete documents or waiting until the end of september when my documents are complete.
Which is best?
I just don't know if the programs can receive my documents after I sent my original application and I don't know if they read the applications right away so that way they might think that I have no LOR's and turn me down and would otherwise noticed my application if I had all my documents.

Also I'm ready to be certified by the ECFMG (I passed all my steps except step 3 which I can't take until I'm certified) but I need my diplomma and the paperwork takes some time but I'm deffinitely going to have my ECFMG certification in november or december at the latest and I am worried because my CAF is going to say that I'm not certified, but I'm almost there, is just a metter of paperwork. I just don't know if this would hurt my application.

Thanks beforehand! nod
