On the Assumption tht the Answer is correct here is the reason y i chose Choice C :- look Rule Out Choices D and F as they dont Fit At all, Choices A, E and G dont fit in the Given Timetable Only 2 choices r left its Not Major Depressive Disorder cos he is not feeling Sad Or Hopelessness and he is coping with it.

in masked depression patients typically have depressive symptoms when probed (e.g. lack of energy, sleep change, appetite change) but they a) do not have/deny low mood and b) present with vague physical complaints such as headaches, constipation, fatigue, muscle aches and pains. it is called 'masked depression' because these physical symptoms act as a mask to the underlying disorder of depression. the diagnosis is confirmed if the symptoms respond to treatments for depression - i.e. antidepressants or psychotherapy
