Hello!!

I'm an IMG from Taiwan, who have applied for step III on 2007/07/02. And FSMB requires a Certification of Identity page.

My questions are
"how could I fine my Notary Public to complete the Certification of Identity page??"

"Should I find some officer in our government or my medical school
(ex: Dean of medical school), or even some officer in AIT (America in Taiwan, the only official representative organization in Taiwan) to be my Notary Public to complete the Certification of Identity page??"

I took my CID to a regular public notary, he´s gonna fill the CID form but he told me that the expiration date doesn´t apply in my country (Mexico), he is going to write his official paragraph on the back of the document in spanish and then I plan to take this to a certified translator...
