Hi salehhero,
I think your resources are excellent and adequate. I would advise Goljan audio, he gives a great approach and will help you integrate all these books.
All the best,
Meg

Since you are aiming for 90s, I think you should listen to Goljan. I think it was about 40 hours of teaching and very interesting, he will put all that you learnt from Kaplan together and will simplify everything. I think it is worth it.
all the best,
Meg

Hi Meg,

I have a question ... i hope you haven't been asked it already. My question is, how important is Step Up if I already have first aid? I have First Aid, Kaplan books, BRS phys and path, basically all the subjects are covered. I'm aiming to do well (if possible!) Do you think I need Step Up too? How did it help you?

thank you. )

Hi funnygal,
Step up is good to go through once. It is not mandatory, but it might help pull up everything system-wise. The approach is little different as it is organ system based. I had reviewed it a few days before the exam and did not purchase it, if you are in US , then you can probably sit at a Barnes and Noble and read it once. May be one can use it as a final review instead of knowing everything in it. Some of the illustrations were same in FA and StepUp, but other illustrations in Step Up were good. If you are aiming from high scores, it helps to do more books as each time you come across the same concept, it gets reinforced.
all the best

Hi Sweetsmiles,
thank you.
I suggest doing qbank after you have revised twice. You see when you are scoring well in something, you automatically feel encouraged to do more in it. When you score in low, then you get discouraged and try to put the qbank off. So it helps if you do more revisions before coming to qbank because you are paying so much! I had finished 2 revisions of Kaplan notes and once of others before taking qbank and each time I scored well, I felt encouraged to do more tests, but if I got a less score, then I would feel panicky and try to do less. So it helps to start it little late. If you are well revised, then one month is more than enough, I was able to finish in 2 weeks and then took the rest of time to do it again. If money is not a problem, then taking 3 months is not bad. I think NMS and qbank and qbook are the best for step 1.
All the best,
Meg
