are you sure they are from kaplan q-bank, i mean these same people have been banging our heads with tht info tht above the angle of mouth its basal , below its scc...lolz

I remember too that kapl said that lower lip is squamous cell carcinoma territory.

its true that lower lip belongs to Sq.C.C., i think who made the q is mistaken

Lower lip is more commonly involved in Basal cell cancer but it can in Squamous cell cancer too.but I am thinking about lower lip fixation to mandible as Basal cell cancer rarely invade basement membrane.

about localization... BCC...has a particular predilection fot the upper two thirds of the face. SCC...most frequently involves the lower lips........... so the answer is E
