how would you distinguish rhabdomyolysis and alkaptonuria clinically. ?

i think its in the urine.Alkaptonuria's urine turns black on standing,while rhabdomyolysis dont.

rhabdomylysis= increased myoglobin in urine and urine might be red. alkaptonuria = urine turns black when exposed to light ** usmleaser: could u please rather post a new topic. i think it is rude that u are putting qs . where we are supposed to answer the question or discuss the reasoning***please don't get offended by this
