how would you distinguish rhabdomyolysis and alkaptonuria clinically. ?

i think its in the urine.Alkaptonuria's urine turns black on standing,while rhabdomyolysis dont.

what r the causes of rhabdomyolysis.....? smiling face

rhabdomylysis= increased myoglobin in urine and urine might be red.
alkaptonuria = urine turns black when exposed to light

peekay ..forum is for discussion....question might be a answer sometimes...that's what makes it healthier...it is free for everone right??
