I'm wondering what to say in a PS for prelim IM, I can't think of anything to write, the truth is that I wanna take this year just to be able to gey into anesthesia. i think it would be rediculous if I write about how much I like IM while I'm applying fot prelim position.
any suggestions?

i used to think that you needed a preliminary surgery position to get into anesthesiology.

either preliminary surgery or medicine, they both can qualify you for PGY2 anesthesiology.

oh and why are you applying for a prelim med position? if the preliminary surgery are much easier to get?
i'm just asking, i'm curious......

The anwer is so simple, I don't like surgery.I don't think prelim medicine is that competitive.
but you didn't answer my original question, what should we say in prelim PS .
