kaplan pharmac says in african sleeping sickness we can give arsenicals.
while in micro it is given that. in acute condition we can give suramin and in chronic condition we can give melarsoprol. which to beleive. pl help me
mechanism of action and side effects of arsenicals is not given anywhere.
if anybody knows pl explain me
