The clearance of substance A is less than that simultaneously determined for inulin. Give 3 possible explanations.

Reabsoprtion is correct, you missed the other two. 1. Substance A is a large molecule poorly filtered at the glomerulus. 2. Substance A is bound, at least in part, to plasma protein. 3. Substance A is reabsorbed.

i found 3....
might be different than urs...
1....increase resorption
2......decrease secretion
3.....decrease filteration

the last one combines ur last and second last

i think decreased secretion, the reason for drug A to have lower clearance is not correct, cause inuline ain't secreted.

oh yes inulin doesnt get metabolized at all.........so secretion is outta liststicking out tongue
