for first aid, you probably have to read it over and over however, for big review books, such as goljan's pathology, and the brs pathology, i wonder how many times you read them? it is quite time consuming to read them from the first page to last, and by then, there is no way that you can possibly remember everything so i wonder how you people read those big review books?

As old truth is saying ''Not quantity, but quality matters'' . So it all depends on how well you can get the concept from the books, some are ready after one reading, others need 3 reading to feel ready for the exam.

OK ... when you say "reading" .... you mean reading or studying? I mean when theyre saying that you need like 3 readings of Kaplan they mean (read) those books 3 times or (study) them 3 times? Cuz if you read any novel 3 times youll sure end up memorizing so much of it ... is that what theyre talking about? Summer.Thunder ... Sorry for interrupting
