when I did the usmle cd I had got 44/50, 39/50, 45/50. As you can see the second test was lower and I felt worried initially. If you score is in the range of 60-70, then no problem, you will score in 90s(though we cannot just conclude like that- but generally it seems). Now, try to take simulated exams like blackwell, kaplan simulated, so that you have a feel for adjusting time, doing 7 blocks etc. Then get into FA and other notes you might have. 2 days before exam, go and see the center ( I thought I dont have to see the center for I sort of knew where it was, but only after going 2 days before exam did I get lost! I was on the wrong side of the street! I am glad I went and saw the center earlier than day of exam!). The day before exam , I did not study except at night I looked up the list of viruses(enveloped, helical etc).... All the best, take easy to eat and food that you like
