have decided to take the CK in early August, now begin to worry about "A small number of multiple-choice items with associated audio and/or video
clips will be introduced into the USMLE Step 2 CK Examination beginning in
early August 2007."
Anyone have any experience with ECFMG about change the eligible period? I
just called them , but was told I can not change /move the date ahead . :-(
Anyone have any suggestion?

Why do you worry about that? I am sure all those new Qs will be experimental ones

No Need to worry at all...No more than 5 items will appear in single exam...but in 2008 alot will have audio and viedo..so if u post-pone your exam u will be in trouble....
5 items will be easy as they want to test the items 1st
if this is 1st eligability period u can extend it with 50$...GO TO IWA AND U Will find extend your period...But my advise Dont hesitate
